Program nature

AIA provides private, industry-oriented skill development. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no government, UGC, AICTE, NSDC, university, employer or placement-provider approval is claimed. Participation or certification does not guarantee employment, placement, salary or promotion.

Registration and access

Learners must submit accurate details and use their registered email for portal access. Student IDs, links, recordings, learning materials and credentials are personal and must not be shared or misused.

Fees

Applicable program fees, inclusions and payment instructions are communicated through authorised Academy channels. Payment is complete only after confirmation by the Academy or its authorised provider. Learners should retain the transaction reference and receipt.

Attendance and assessment

Completion may depend on attendance, required submissions, scores, project approval, viva, fee status and trainer authorisation under the applicable program rules.

Intellectual property

Slides, notes, recordings, questions, tasks, diagrams, templates and watermarked downloads are licensed only for the enrolled learner’s personal study. Unauthorised copying, resale, public upload, redistribution or watermark removal is prohibited.

Confidentiality

Learners must not upload employer-confidential data, customer information, proprietary drawings, internal cost data or restricted documents. AIA may remove such content and suspend access to protect all parties.

Conduct and schedule

AIA may suspend access for impersonation, abuse, cheating, unauthorised sharing, fraud or security interference. Session timing, trainer, topic sequence or delivery method may change for operational reasons with reasonable notice and an equivalent learning opportunity where practical.

Educational limitation

Course content is educational and does not replace employer procedures, engineering validation, regulatory approval, legal advice or professional judgement.
