Service Delivery

Digital training service

AIA provides live online learning, digital assignments, assessments, reviews, portal access and eligible credentials. No physical product is shipped unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Admission sequence

The usual journey is enquiry or free orientation, eligibility and batch communication, official student registration, authorised payment, Student ID activation and batch access.

Access delivery

Batch, session and portal details are sent to the registered email or WhatsApp contact after the required admission checks. Learners must keep these details current and must not share access.

Learning materials

Materials may be released in stages according to the learning schedule, attendance, program access or assessment requirements. Personalised watermarks or access restrictions may be used.

Certificates

Certificates and performance annexures are issued only after all applicable release criteria are met and records are reviewed. Digital delivery is through the student portal or registered email.
