Automotive Interiors Academy (“AIA”, “we”, “our”) operates an independent skill-development website, enquiry system, student portal and training administration system in India.

Information we collect

• Name, email, mobile number, city, college or organisation, profile and program interest.
• Google account email and basic identity information used for portal authentication. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Attendance, quizzes, assignments, evaluator feedback, marks, progress, payment status, receipts and certificate records for enrolled learners.
• Messages, feedback, support requests and collaboration enquiries.

How information is used

We use information to respond to enquiries, assign batches, deliver learning, authenticate portal access, record assessments, administer fees, issue and verify certificates, prevent misuse and improve the program.

Service providers

Information may be processed through the website host, Google Workspace, communication services and authorised payment services. We do not sell student personal information.

Retention and security

Operational records are retained for program delivery, audit, support and disputes. Credential records may be retained longer for verification. Access is limited to authorised administrators, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of eligible information and may withdraw optional communications. Some records may be retained where required for payment, audit, disputes or credential verification.

Learning materials

Authorised downloads may include the learner’s name, email or Student ID as a watermark to protect Academy intellectual property and discourage unauthorised sharing.
